Get Strong Challenge - December 2021

Flexibility is an important part of your overall health! Each week we will focus on a different area of flexibility. Review the provided video for ideas on how to work on your flexibility and then practice for at least 5 minutes per day and check in on the Facebook Group. Keep it Flexy!

Shoulder Flexibility

Week 1 is all about flexibility in your shoulders! This video is to give you some ideas about how to increase your shoulder flexibility. Watch it and then spend at lease 5 minutes per day working on your shoulders.

Spinal Flexibility

Week 2 we work on flexibility of the spine. Watch the video and then use a combination of any of the stretches shown for at least 5 minutes a day. Enjoy!

Toe Touch Flexibility

In week 3 we reach for our toes! There are many benefits to forward folding flexibility and you use this all the time in your daily life. Watch the video for ideas and then practice daily! Make sure to check in on Facebook!
