This month's challenge is all about your wonderful, powerful thighs! There are 4 exercise videos to choose from plus a bonus stretch.
Your goal should be to do at least 5 workouts a week and to check in daily in the Get Strong Challenge Facebook Group!
👟 A note about footwear - I chose to do this month's exercises barefoot because I do a lot of barefoot exercise. You could just as easily do any of the workouts in shoes if you prefer more support for your feet and knees.

Mini Band Workout
I think the Mini Band is one of the best at-home workout tools. In this video we put it to work for strengthening our thighs!

Mini Band Recommendations!
If you're interested in getting a set of mini bands for working out at home you can get them anywhere fitness equipment is sold. Look for a set with multiple resistance options and I highly recommend the fabric ones over the plastic ones if you want them to last.
